Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the USA and Canada only. All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Shipping is handled via USPS or FedEx, and free shipping is available on all orders.
Our plants are greenhouse-grown and packed with great care to ensure they arrive healthy and fresh. During colder seasons or extreme weather conditions, heat packs are included with all live plant shipments to protect plants during transit. Orders are shipped on the next business day after processing.
We do not offer same-day shipping, as each order requires proper inspection and secure packing to maintain plant quality.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all plants. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
